Congratulations to a team that put their hearts and souls into the game against Westminster Warriors.

The Kent Crusaders under 16’s National League South II Conference team beat the Westminister Warriors on Saturday. The game started well for Crusaders under 16’s as they showed they really wanted a win under their belts.

The Cup tie with Southampton Sunday has been canceled due to Southampton being unable to field a team. Crusaders have been given the match and face either London Towers (Div. 3) or Brixton Topcats (Div.3) in the next round on November 9.

Steve Findley MugThe Crusaders travel to Plymouth for a Patrons Cup game that will have no bearing on the competition as Crusaders have already won the South Pool and have secured a home semi final in the competition.

The Kent Crusaders secured a first place finish in Patrons Cup Pool 1 with lopsided victories over Northampton Neptunes and Colchester Hornets this weekend. On Saturday the Crusaders beat Northampton 95-60 at home and on Sunday they went to Colchester for a 100-65 victory to remain undefeated for the four games in the tournament.

The Kent Crusaders must try to follow up on their first two wins in the Patrons Cup as Northampton Neptunes come to Canterbury on Saturday 11 October and the Crusaders then travel to Colchester Hornets on Sunday October 12.

In front of a capacity crowd the Kent Crusaders beat the London Mets in Canterbury in an extremely competitive Saturday Patrons Cup game, 71-67. On Sunday Division 4 Sevenoaks Suns visited for a National Cup fixture and was sent home with a 101-53 defeat.
