Canterbury Night Hoops will be moving outside this month for a 3 on 3 tournament at Riverside Youth Centre. Night Hoops is run by Kent Crusaders the first Sunday of each month. The 5 of July will see it move outside for the first time as we celebrate summer sunshine. This will be the first of 3 sessions held at Riverside.

Night Hoops is open to all players aged 16 and above. Whether you’re a club player, streetballer or new to the game it is an informal chance to take part and get active. The event runs from 5:00-8:00 PM and costs £3 per player.

Crusaders Chairman Jesse Sazant feels that the interaction with the community is a key part of the club’s role. “Part of our role as a club is to try and get new people involved in the game. Night Hoops is a great opportunity for everyone to join in, regardless of whether they play at a club. With moving outdoors to Riverside for the summer, it really should be an atmosphere for all to join in.”
